Unfortunately even though FHA will allow such a credit score with a down payment, there are no lenders that I know of that will make the loan. Without a lender, the FHA guarantee doesn’t help.
Have you tried credit repair? I could recommend a reputable company to help you raise your credit score if you are interested.

Hello!
I am currently looking for a FHA home loan.
However, my credit is bad.
I have FICO 531, 505, 495
Do you think if I’ll have chance to get a FHA mortgage?
I can put down like 20% to 30% down payment if that help.
