FHA Loans Oregon

As I stated yesterday, HUD Homes are available for the $100 down payment program. However, beside that, you can purchase a HUD Home with $100 down in conjunction with an FHA 203k Streamline purchase of your new home in the Eugene or Creswell Oregon area. Right now, the only HUD Homes listed in Lane County are in Eugene or Creswell. The list changes often however, and you probably should be checking often to see what is available.

From the description, this home could use some TLC, but apparently isn’t too bad off structurally, which is a requirement for the 203k Streamline program.

This property is located at 149 S 2nd in Creswell and is priced at $140,000 and is available to all buyers. If you don’t have a Realtor, call me and I will recommend an excellent one for you.
