Kelly Seeley and First Time Home Buyer clients bring $8,000 in Stimulus Money to Eugene/Springfield
And $100 to Habitat for Humanity
Kelly Seeley, Off and Running Real Estate, became my first Realtor®
Partner to fund a First Time Home Buyer FHA purchase in the Alpine Million Dollar Stimulus Challenge. This means another $8,000 in the local economy through the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit and a $100 donation to Habitat for Humanity from my
commitment to donate $100 to Habitat for every new loan I close during the challenge period. The challenge is to help 125 new First Time Home Buyers purchase homes before the Tax Credit goes away at the end of November.
Since it takes 30–60 days to close on a home loan, prospective home buyers should be pre-approved for the loan and make their offer before October 15 to be sure of closing before the time limit for the program. Additionally, short sale purchases will probably not close in the time remaining for the program.
If you have questions about the Stimulus Challenge or would like to make an appointment to get pre-approved to purchase your dream home, contact me at Alpine Mortgage Planning, 541-342-7576/541-221-3455 Cell or e-mail me. I would be happy to help you with your home purchase journey.
